Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncia presentada por el señor JOSÉ RITTER LÓPEZ PEÑA, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía No. 16.258.486, al cargo de Notario Veintidós (22) del Círculo Notarial de Cali - Valle del Cauca, de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.
El señor JOSÉ RITTER LÓPEZ PEÑA no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarlo.
