Créase una Oficina Meteorológica Central con el siguiente personal:

Un Jefe, que lo será el Director del Observatorio Astronómico, un Ingeniero adjunto y un Oficial Escribiente. Esta Oficina centralizará los datos recogidos en el país, los dispondrá dos veces al mes, por lo menos, en cartas y gráficos convenientes, de acuerdo con lo estatuído en las últimas convenciones meteorológicas.

Parágrafo

Los sueldos mensuales del Ingeniero Adjunto y del Oficial Escribiente serán de ochenta pesos $ 80), y de cuarenta pesos ($ 40), respectivamente.
