El término para ocurrir ante el Tribunal Supremo de lo Contencioso-administrativo en los casos en que se concede este recurso respecto de actos de Gobierno, es el de noventa días, contados desde el siguiente a la publicación que debe hacerse en el Diario Oficial de la resolución respectiva.
