Requisitos Para Suscripción Del Contrato De Trabajo

ARTICULO 107. REQUISITOS PARA SUSCRIPCIÓN DEL CONTRATO DE TRABAJO . Para suscribir un contrato de trabajo, será necesario que la persona no se encuentre incursa en alguna de las inhabilidades y acredite los requisitos contemplados en las normas vigentes.

Parágrafo

No podrán contratarse personas que se encuentren disfrutando de pensión del Estado, salvo las excepciones previstas por la ley. CAPITULO II EMPLEOS DE LA JUSTICIA PENAL MILITAR
