SUPLENCIA DEL PRESIDENTE. En caso de falta absoluta o temporal del Presidente del Banco, y mientras el Presidente de la República hiciere el nombramiento respectivo, si fuere del caso, con el objeto de no dejar a la sociedad sin representante legal, el Vicepresidente que la Junta Directiva señale tendrá la representación de la entidad en calidad de Presidente encargado.
