Art. 1°. El Cuerpo Consular de la Republica en el Extranjero se compondrá de cuatro clases:

Cónsules generales.

Cónsules particulares.

Vicecónsules.

Agentes consulares.

A todos funcionarios se les designara en esta Ley con el nombre genérico de Cónsules.
