º . Pensiones Especiales de Vejez. Los afiliados al Sistema General de Pensiones que se dediquen en forma permanente y por lo menos durante quinientas (500) semanas, continuas o discontinuas, al ejercicio de las actividades indicadas en el artículo anterior, tendrán derecho a la pensión especial de vejez, cuando reúnan los requisitos establecidos en el artículo siguiente. La comprobación de la exposición a los factores de riesgo indicados en el artículo anterior se realizará ante el Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social, Dirección Técnica de Seguridad Social.
