Todas las reuniones, decretos, resoluciones, deliberaciones, elecciones y demás trabajos de la Asamblea General se harán constar en el libro de actas que firmarán el Presidente de la Asamblea y el Secretario. Las actas serán aprobadas y firmadas antas de levantarse la sesión correspondiente, si fuere posible. En caso contrario, la Asamblea nombrará una comisión para que las estudie y apruebe.
