Si algún bono o alguno de los cupones anexos se perdiere o destruyese por cualquier causa, el Gobierno entregará a la persona que tenga derecho a recibirlo, un nuevo bono o cupón mediante pago de los gastos que ocasione la sustitución y la comprobación legal de la pérdida o destrucción del documento, del derecho del reclamante, y previa la prestación de las seguridades necesarias.
