ARTICULO 13 . Derógase el artículo 1º del Decreto 122 de 1968, el artículo 3º del Decreto 2184 de 1990, las Notas Adicionales contempladas en el artículo 3º del Arancel de Aduanas, adoptado mediante Decreto 3104 de 1990, con excepción de las Notas Adicionales previstas en el Decreto 2743 de 1991, y todas las disposiciones que sean contrarias al presente decreto.
