Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para que pague el señor B. B. Milner sus servicios en el ramo de Ferrocarriles Nacionales durante el año comprendido entre el 14 de noviembre de 1928 y el 13 de noviembre de 1929, sobre las bases aceptadas por el expresado señor Milner en el proyecto de contrato firmado con el Ministerio de Obras Públicas el 7 de abril de 1930, que ha sido ya aprobado por el Poder Ejecutivo y el Consejo de Ministros, con fecha 19 de noviembre del año pasado.
