Las apropiaciones del Ministerio de Higiene para el año de 1947 serán las que han sido fijadas en el Decreto 3660 de 1946, sobre liquidación del Presupuesto Nacional para esta vigencia fiscal, con las modificaciones que se harán de acuerdo con la presente reglamentación y asignaciones y en virtud de las autorizaciones contenidas en las leyes citadas como fundamento de este Decreto.
