ARTICULO 102. Por razones administrativas y requerimientos del servicio, sin que sea alterada la estructura básica del Ministerio de Salud, ni su Planta de Personal, mediante Resolución Ministerial podrán crearse grupos internos de trabajo o unidades programáticas con sus respectivas funciones.
