El cómputo del producto de cada renta se efectuará de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el, artículo 6° de la Ley 34 de 1923 , o sea tomando como base el promedio de las tres vigencias anteriores, y para el de los gastos regirán las disposiciones de la misma Ley. En consecuencia, de acuerdo con lo prescrito en el artículo 14, no habrá destinaciones especiales de rentas para determinados gastos.
