El artículo 1.6.1.1 de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores quedará así: " Artículo 1.6.1.1. Los contratos sobre índices bursátiles, índices de divisas o índices de rentabilidad, que se estructuren y negocien en las bolsas de valores o en otros sistemas de negociación de valores, solo podrán ser ofrecidos al público previa su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores".
