Para facilitar al Banco Central los recursos necesarios para el desarrollo de este plan, las cedulas del 7% emitidas por el Banco, de acuerdo con el contrato de constitución del establecimiento, quedarán en las mismas condiciones fijadas en el numeral 4° del artículo 1° de la Ley 78 de 1935 para las del 6%.
