Todo individuo que a sabiendas, y fuera de los casos en que las autoridades competentes hayan autorizado su enajenación, adquiera a cualquier título o reciba en prenda alguna o algunos de los elementos a que se refieren los tres artículos anteriores, será castigado con las mismas penas señaladas en dichos artículos para los autores principales de los correspondientes delitos.
