ARTICULO 114 . ACUMULACIÓN DE INVESTIGACIONES. La acumulación de las investigaciones disciplinarias que se adelanten contra un mismo investigado, podrá ordenarse de oficio o a solicitud del mismo a partir de la notificación del auto de cargos, siempre que no se haya proferido fallo de primera instancia. Si se niega, deberá expedirse auto motivado contra el cual procede el recurso de reposición.
