Artículo tercero. Para atender tanto al arrendamiento del espacio dentro de los terrenos, de la Exposición para el pabellón del Ministerio de Agricultura, como para la contratación de las obras de construcción y dotación de dicho pabellón, se destina hasta la suma de veintitrés mil pesos ($ 23.000.00), afectando la disponibilidad del Capítulo 49-B, articulo 564/31 del Presupuesto vigente.
