Art 1° Se tendrán como válidas las resoluciones de los Presidentes y Gobernadores o Jefes en lo civil y militar de los Estados, que, en materia de minas, fueron dictadas con arreglo a la legislación del respectivo Estado, desde el seis de Agosto último hasta el siete de Septiembre siguiente.
