La visa temporal visitante técnico tendrá una vigencia de hasta cuarenta y cinco (45) días improrrogables. Si la entidad solicitante del servicio considera indispensable la permanencia del técnico extranjero por un término superior, deberá presentar solicitud de la visa temporal ordinaria asistencia técnica ante el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
