El Contador Público es auxiliar de la justicia en los casos que señala la ley, como perito expresamente designado para ello. También en esta condición el Contador Público cumplirá su deber teniendo en cuenta las altas miras de su profesión, la importancia de la tarea que la sociedad le encomienda como experto y la búsqueda de la verdad en forma totalmente objetiva.
