Ingreso al Sistema de Cualificación Laboral Indígena Especial de los Dinamizadores Pedagógicos o Educadores Indígenas por la Cualificación Cultural Comunitaria. Excepcionalmente los Dinamizadores Pedagógicos o Educadores Indígenas que no cuenten con un Título de formación académica podrán ingresar en el proceso de cualificación cultural comunitaria, de acuerdo con las necesidades del Proceso Educativo Indígena Propio o como lo denomine cada pueblo. Quienes opten por este proceso podrán ingresar hasta el Nivel IV De crecimiento, según los criterios que disponga la estructura de Gobierno propio.
