De la conserva de pescado en o al aceite . Para efectos del presente Decretos se entiende por conserva de pescado en o al aceite, aquella que tenga como líquido de cobertura aceite comestible vegetal en una proporción máxima de veinte por ciento (20%) y mínima del diez por ciento (10%). Si el aceite es de oliva, la proporción del aceite de pescado no superará en un diez por ciento a la de oliva.
