El monto total de los depósitos que se hagan en la Caja Colombiana, de Ahorros al crédito de una asociación de educación, de beneficencia, de protección cooperativa o religiosa, en cualquier tiempo, no excederá de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) moneda legal; pero si, tales, depósitos se hicieren en virtud de una sentencia u orden judicial, podrán exceder de dicha cantidad, siempre, que se entregue a la Caja copia de tal sentencia y orden.
