La cédula irá suscrita por el Presidente, el Vicepresidente, el Secretario del Jurado Electoral y el ciudadano a cuyo favor se expida, si puede intervenir en elecciones para las cuales se requiera saber leer y escribir. La cédula llevará además la fotografía de la persona a quien se le expide pisada con el sello del respectivo Jurado Electoral.
