Modifíquese el numeral 3 del artículo 2.19.1.1.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "3. Participaciones en fondos de inversión colectiva constituidos de conformidad con el artículo 3.1.1.1.1 y siguientes del presente decreto o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya, con excepción de los fondos de naturaleza apalancada y los Fondos de Capital Privado. Cuando el fondo de inversión colectiva contemple en su portafolio valores de renta variable, la inversión del respectivo Fondo Mutuo de Inversión en este fondo computará para establecer el límite a que se refiere el numeral 1 del presente artículo.".
