º La Sociedad Canal Regional de Televisión de la Costa Atlántica "Telecaribe Ltda.", tendrá su domicilio principal en la ciudad de Barranquilla, pero se podrá, por disposición del Consejo Directivo Regional de Televisión y con arreglo a la ley, establecer centros de producción y emisión en las capitales de los departamentos con los cuales estén vinculadas las entidades socias del canal regional. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de la atribución que le compete al Congreso de la República, efe conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 19 de la Ley 33 de 1983.
