ARTICULO 1.8.2.3.34 . ARCHIVOS. Los archivos de la entidad intervenida, que correspondan al tiempo anterior a la toma de posesión, se conservarán de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 60 del Código de Comercio.

Parágrafo

Será responsabilidad del liquidador constituir, con recursos de la intervenida, el fondo requerido para atender los gastos de conservación, guarda y destrucción de los archivos. La destinación de recursos de la liquidación para estos efectos, se hará con prioridad sobre cualquier otro gasto o pago de la intervenida.
