º . Giro de cheques con cargo, a recursos de clientes. Para las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria que giren cheques con cargo a los recursos de una cuenta de ahorro perteneciente a un cliente, se considerará que constituye una sola operación el retiro en virtud del cual se expide el cheque y el pago del mismo.
