Compra de elementos. Los oficiales y suboficiales que hayan agotado la partida anual fijada en este decreto o en las disposiciones legales que lo adicionen o reformen, podrán adquirir prendas de vestuario y equipos en los respectivos almacenes, mediante el pago previo de su valor, de acuerdo con reglamentación expedida por la Dirección General.
