Con el propósito de facilitar los procesos de enajenación de la propiedad accionaria estatal y la intermediación de valores, las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa podrán tener agentes y mandatarios para el desarrollo de su actividad, sin perjuicio de que la Superintendencia de Valores determine las reglas que considere necesarias para su adecuado funcionamiento.
