Destitución de las personas nombradas según el Decreto 85 de 1980. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto las personas que hayan sido nombradas de acuerdo con el artículo 1º del Decreto 085 de 1980 y se encuentren amparadas por el fuero especial que señala esa disposición podrán ser destituidas por las causales mencionadas en dicha norma; pero, en todo caso, la autoridad nominadora deberá solicitar y analizar los descargos respectivos y expedir una resolución motivada.
