ARTICULO 524 . Prórroga para el pago de perjuicios . Cuando al beneficiado con la condena de ejecución condicional le hubiere sido imposible cumplir la obligación de indemnizar los perjuicios dentro del término señalado, el juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad, a petición justificada, podrá prorrogar el plazo por una sola vez, si no cumpliere se ejecutará la condena.
