El Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses deberá rendir un informe anual a la Comisión Séptima de Senado y Cámara dando cuenta del número de víctimas de delitos con sustancias corrosivas a la piel. Igualmente, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud deberá rendir un informe de las quejas presentadas por irregularidades en el Sistema de Salud que atiende a estas víctimas.
