Vigencia y Derogatorias. El presente Decreto número rige a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y adiciona el Capítulo 9 al Título 7, Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1081 de 2015 “Decreto número Reglamentario Único del Sector de la Presidencia de la República”, para adoptar el “Plan Nacional de Acción en Derechos Humanos 2026-2036”.
