Art. 1.° El medio batallon 13 de Infantería, que se mandó licenciar por el artículo 3.° del decreto ejecutivo número 355, continuará en seryicio, con el Jefe, Oficiales y tropa que para los medios batallones señala el Código Militar.

Parágrafo

Nómbrase en propiedad Jefe del expresado medio batallon al Coronel Pedro Soler Martínez.
