° En el Curso Militar se enseñarán las materias de orden profesional, y será integrado por los alumnos que habiendo hecho el tercer año del Curso General hayan sido aprobados en los exámenes finales de éste y, excepcionalmente, cuando el número de éstos no alcance a completar el que fije el Ministerio, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del Ejército, podrán ingresar a éste bachilleres que no hayan hecho estudios en la Escuela.
