ARTICULO 154 . INCOMPATIBILIDAD CON NUEVAS VINCULACIONES.-Cuando un empleado público o trabajador oficial se desvincule de una entidad y sea vinculado a otra entidad pública que se reestructure o fusione en virtud del presente decreto, no habrá lugar al reconocimiento y pago de las indemnizaciones y bonificaciones previstas en este decreto.
