La Lotería Villa Republicana de Chiquinquirá, creada por la Ley 9a. de 1970 funcionará durante diez años, a partir de la sanción de la presente Ley, mediante un sorteo anual extraordinario que podrá ser individual, asociado o colectivo, de cuantía indefinida, y con el procedimiento y la fiscalización que determinen las disposiciones legales vigentes.
