La Superintendecia de Sociedades Anónimas podrá convocar las asambleas generales de socios o accionistas cuando los administradores de las sociedades sometidas a su control no lo hagan oportunamente, o cuando así lo exija la mejor protección de los intereses de terceros o de los socios o accionistas.
