° Las disposiciones de este Decreto no se aplican a los inmuebles destinados para habitación, cuya renta máxima exceda de $300 mensuales, conforme a los artículos 2 y 4, ni a los destinados para usos comerciales, industriales o profesionales cuya renta máxima exceda de $500 mensuales, de acuerdo con las mismas disposiciones.
