Los Cigarrillos Que Se Importen Al País Continuarán Sujetos A Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Las Cajetillas O Paquetes Llevarán Impreso El Nombre De Colombia En Tipo Legible Y En Letra Visible El Nombre Del Importador Y Su Residencia; B) Cada Cigarrillo Deberá Tener Impreso En Letra Visible El Nombre De Colombia C) Estas Leyendas O Palabras Deberán Ser Litografiadas Por La Respectiva Fábrica Y No Podrán Ser Estampadas Separadamente Del Producto O Por Cualquier Otro Medio De Impresión Posterior A Sui Elaboración

º. Los cigarrillos que se importen al país continuarán sujetos a los siguientes requisitos

Las cajetillas o paquetes llevarán impreso el nombre de Colombia en tipo legible y en letra visible el nombre del importador y su residencia;

Cada cigarrillo deberá tener impreso en letra visible el nombre de Colombia

Estas leyendas o palabras deberán ser litografiadas por la respectiva fábrica y no podrán ser estampadas separadamente del producto o por cualquier otro medio de impresión posterior a sui elaboración.
