En el caso de liquidación de que trata el artículo 1° de esta Ley, se deducirá de la masa social o de lo que cada cónyuge administre separadamente, el pasivo respectivo. Los activos líquidos restantes se sumarán y dividirán conforme al Código Civil, previas las compensaciones y deducciones de que habla el mismo Código.
