Cuando la intervención de alguno de los miembros de los Patronatos viole gravemente la disciplina interna del establecimiento, o sea perjudicial para la investigación, si se trata de un detenido, será suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones por la Dirección General de Prisiones, con aprobación del Ministro de Gobierno, si después de oírlo no se encontraren justificados sus descargos.
