Destínase la suma de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00), para que la Nación continúe la construcción del edificio que en el Departamento Norte de Santander adelanta en terrenos de su propiedad, en la ciudad de Ocaña, con destino a la Normal de Varones. Dicha suma será incluída en el Presupuesto de la próxima y siguiente vigencia por partidas de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), a partir del año 1963.
