Llegados el día y la hora señalados, el Juez y los peritos o testigos proceden al examen y reconocimiento de que se trata y luego se extiende la correspondiente acta, en que se anotan cuidadosamente las cosas y hechos examinados y las observaciones conducentes del Juez, los peritos o testigos y las partes que hayan concurrido, acta que firman todos ellos.
