Una vez notificado el auto admisorio de la demanda, no se podrán efectuar en el bien, mejoras distintas de las necesarias para la conservación del inmueble, so pena de no incluir dentro del respectivo avalúo el valor de las que, contraviniendo esta disposición, se hicieren.
