ARTICULO 25 . Incumplimiento del traslado. El incumplimiento del traslado sin causa justificada, tanto por parte del trasladado como por parte de quien deba ordenar su ejecución, constituye falta grave sancionable de conformidad con el estatuto disciplinario.
