Art. 5°. Créase el empleo de Comisario de la Exposición de San Luis, con el objeto de que reciba de la Comisión, por inventario, los objetos que deban ser exhibidos, los lleve hasta la ciudad de San Luis y los entregue en la Exposición, a nombre del Gobierno, al encargado de recibirlos.
